If you require emergency advice
If you have a dental emergency, we encourage you to ring early in the day (if possible) to avoid any disappointment. We operate via an appointment-based system therefore will be unlikely to see you if you attend the practice without an appointment. Outside our normal working hours, for any dental emergencies such as: Persistent bleeding or large facial swellings, please contact the NHS 111 service who will offer advice if necessary.
If you wish to cancel an appointment
If you are unable to attend for your appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that we can offer the time to someone waiting for treatment. We may not be able to offer NHS treatment to patients who continue to miss appointments or give less than 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments.
